We do not collect any information. The app has no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking, and it does not send information about you or your use of the app to us or to any third party. Saved stories, highlights, notes, reading progress and settings stay on your device.
Network requests
The app requests the public article feed and images from youthstemline.com. As with any internet request, our web host can see your IP address and standard request details. Some articles include images or link previews hosted by other websites, and links that leave the app open on those sites, which have their own privacy practices.
Frequently Asked Questions
What information does the app keep on my device
For the app to work offline, the app stores articles and images you've loaded, the stories you save, your reading progress, your highlights and notes, your reading preferences (text size, line spacing, theme), recent searches, and your notification and background-refresh settings.
None of this is sent to us. It's removed when you delete the app.
Does the app collect information from children?
The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Is my data included in my device backups?
It may be, for example in iCloud Backup, depending on your Apple account's settings. We don't control those backups.
